Wellness TelecomWellness Telecom is a SME active in Information and Telecommunication Technologies located in Spain with the aim to promote the welfare of the clients through technological and organisational innovation based on ICTs. WTCOM endeavours to offer innovative solutions using cutting edge technologies at national and international levels applied to people’s welfare and quality of life, professionals’ capacity and comfort, efficiency and costs savings of enterprises and corporations, citizenships’ health and environment care. WTCOM believes in R&D&i to create and improve new added value products and services tailored to customers, as well as to position the company at the forefront of the ICT technologies within the International market. WTCOM has an extensive experience in coordinating and participating in national and international R&D projects. WTCOM has already coordinated and participated in different national eHealth projects: “ICT platform for promoting physical exercise” a software application to promote healthier life; “ICT platform for chronic or isolated patients” a platform that allows a better communication between doctor and patient; “Consulting3.0” for patients’ stratification in order to ensure a correct attention from the doctor ; “AZTECA” for object detection and guide of disabled people (deaf and blind). Furthermore, WT is currently involved in different European cooperation projects dealing with Cloud Computing and Smart City services dealing with demonstration activities: BonFIRE (FP7), CUMULUS (FP7), ePLACE (CIP), LBA (Eurostars) and SPECTRA (CELTIC).

Role in the project: WTCOM will lead the system specification and needs, will pilot the application in Spain and participate in other WPs
